What is the reason Valla is pick or ban currently? - General Discussion - Heroes of the Storm Forums

Valla received some more nerfs last patch, so I was wondering. Is she still OP or is she just a comfortable pick and people are used to her being too strong? If she is OP which parts of her kit are still too strong and need to be nerfed?
