Hello everybody, I am a beginner of unreal engine, and I really want know if I can create a paradox-style grand strategy map with unreal. And how exactly should I do that. For instance, gives a example of the effect and color map. Based on the given color map, how can create a border high light effect as the first pic. I know I can choose the provinces in the game by looking for the corresponding color in the color map. What I really want to know is HOW TO CREATE THE HIGH LIGHT BORDER EFFE
