Very rare drop from enemies on Hell Difficulty Rare drop from Chaos Shrines Crafting them at the Blacksmith If you have atleast one Re-roll Token in your Inventory, right clicking a Satanic or Angelic shows the option "Re-roll Token". Select this option and press on the button "Upgrade". This process will use up the Re-roll Token. Depending on the Tier of the Item you are trying to re-roll, you may need multiple Re-roll
