According to the TASS news agency, the thirteenth World Chess Champion Garry Kasparov and the former General Secretary of the World Chess Federation (FIDE) Ignatius Leong were found guilty of breaching the FIDE Code of Ethics as the FIDE press service informed the journalists. The decision was made during the FIDE Congress in Abu Dhabi.
