Radiator Comics distributes, produces, and promotes hand-made, self-published and small-press comics that focus on self-expression and storytelling. In Barrett Stanley's Zugzwang, Julie is trying to up her chess game by practicing on Saturday mornings at the park with her friend Mr. Zürcher. But is Mr. Zürcher just a kind and somewhat lonely old man, or is there more to his story than meets the eye? Barrett focuses on subtle drawings and small details in his moody pages that give the whole comic a great small-town noir feel.
