Tony Todd is an actor who guest-starred on Law & Order in the episode "Sanctuary" as Reverend Ott. Todd is known for his cult status amongst horror and sci-fi fans. He is known for his role as the Candyman in the Candyman film series (with Vanessa Williams, Virginia Madsen, and Xander Berkeley in the first film).
