Okonomiyaki Gramps, is Urushi's grandad friend, but he refused to say it and stated that her grandad playing shogi everyday is a nuicance. He has a bad mouth but is actually really caring and he takes care of Urushi like his own grandaughter. He only lets the shogi club members play while they eat but he would always cook an extra large okonomiyaki for them. He has a grumpy look and he looked scary all the time. He is one of the characters that made the story quite wholeseome.
