Pre-Order Policy When you Pre-Order something at most Ma & Pa shops that means that we directly order on your behalf, therefore ALL Pre-Orders are non-refundable/non-transferable. We wish we could be more flexible on this but it would cause us a lot of commotion and footing bills we never intended on. The benefit to this is it is a binding agreement on our side too. Sometimes the dates can be subject to change here and there but we do 100% guarantee that item or set coming solely for you. Lastly PLEASE order on separate orders if you are ordering either In-Stock items or Pre-Orders with vastly different release dates if you really want the early one first. If ORDERED ON THE SAME TICKET it will ship when the last item becomes available. Our profits can be extremely small sometimes and we can not afford to ship multi-item orders separately. Return Policy Our official return policy is no returns, unless it’s something we screwed up on. If something is damaged in the mail, unfortunately many times we do not have a replacement.
