He gets rid of your Devil Fruit power for 10k Beli Make sure you don't have any valuable fruits in your inventory when you use him, since he kills you when he takes away your fruit. He is also almost completely useless, as the only thing he can be used for is to be able to swim again.they don't exist anymore
