The wound gel will debride deep or superficial wounds and reduce bacterial colonization. A thin layer of the wound gel, combined with a dressing change once daily or once every two days, is sufficient for optimal effect. This wound gel does not adhere to the wound.  L-Mesitran Soft wound gel contains 40% Medical Grade Honey and is a mild form of L-Mestiran Ointment (48% Medical Grade Honey). As a result, Soft wound gel is less irritating in the wound and is also great for filling deeper wounds.  This product contains 10 sachets a 0.9g.
