An optimist by nature, Mr. Prathmesh Raorane is the Co-founder of Renovate India and holds a Post Graduate Degree in Social work. He also has a Management Degree from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management
Studies (NMIMS) in Social Entrepreneurship. Prathmesh carries more than a decade of experience in development sector and has actively worked in the field of Research and Development in the organisations like International Institute of Population Studies (IIPS) and Kotak Education Foundation. A spearhead of the organisation, he not only provides a direction to RI for it to proceed further, but also represents the brand RI in the industry. He loves meeting new people and adding their experience to his knowledge. His work domain coincides with his personal strengths of networking and connecting with new people, conceptualizing projects and driving the stakeholders in one direction. Off-work, he is an outdoor person who enjoys trekking, theatre art and travelling.
An anchor and the Co-founder of Renovate India, Mr.Alok Kadam is a people’s person who strongly believes in collaborative working ideology. He leads the front in People Management and ensures disciplined and timed efforts to deliver an efficient performance. He holds a degree in social work and a management degree from Narsee Monji Institute of Management studies (NMIMS) in Social Entrepreneurship and has a decade long work experience in the domains of Health, Livelihood along with inclusion of North East Indians.
At Renovate India he manages the Community Development Programme and provides focused mentoring to Community Based Organisations. He is extremely efficient and committed in handling CBO based stakeholders. Off work he loves spending quality time with his family. He makes sure to visit his native place at Konkan at least once a year. He is a diehard fan of cricket.
An MBA in Social entrepreneurship from NMIMS, Mr. Sunny Pawar has previously worked in the areas of Health and Education. Sunny also holds MSW Nirmala Niketan (CSW), Mumbai. He carries 12 years’ of strong experience in the field of Social Work and Training and Facilitation and is passionate towards facilitating workshops for youth, women and NGO staff capacity building. At Renovate India he leads in Content Development, NGO Capacity Building and Research Department. Also as a Managing Director, he gives direction to the Organisation.
Mr. Ninad Pramod Khanvilkar, an Engineer by qualification, and an Entrepreneur by profession, has been a significant addition to the Renovate India team and holds a pivotal role in design and development of India’s First Platform for to Mobilise requirements within Indian Social Sector – GlocalBodh App and Web. Ninad has been the Director and Chief Operating Officer for his venture – Sumzupp (Online Ed-tech solution). He comes with hands-on experience with tech-solutions space, with avid knowledge of building and streamlining business processes. In 2016, he paved his way out on his own, gaining ground-level experience in building tech products and making them sustainable. An apt Orator, a Product Enthusiast and a Team Lead, Ninad proves to be a strong contributor towards overall ideology for end-user experience and deliver quality services to RI clients. At Renovate India he leads the Client Relationships and Technology department.
Mr. Kevin Ponmany: An MBA in Social entrepreneurship from NMIMS. Kevin also has completed a Post-Graduate Program in Development Management from S. P. Jain Institute of Management Studies. Kevin has previously worked in the areas of Health, Education and Livelihood. He carries 14 years’ of experience handling Operations both in the Development sector and Corporate Sector. At Renovate India he leads CSR-PDMS and Employee Volunteering Department.
Dr. Rama Sridhar is a passionate social development professional with 20 years plus work experience. Her key areas of work include adoption, HIV/AIDS and Employee engagement initiatives including counselling services & documentation. Post her doctoral studies, she has been working on evidence based work and research in the development sector. She has led teams for services such as needs assessment, midterm evaluations and process evaluation for organizations like KOTAK, TISS, Deloitte India, SNEHA, Larsen & Toubro Ltd, etc.

Mrs. Ashwini Joshi is a professional free-lance consultant in NGO sector. She has extensive experience of ground work in this sector leading the way ahead to develop foundations in basics of running any NGO. Initially, through pro-active practices of maintaining documentation for client NGOs, Ashwini’s efforts resulted in to acquiring expertise for setting up guidelines for NGO staff by maintaining their data in a systematic way. Ashwini has single-handedly supported more than 35 NGOs through her consultancy by means of report writing assignments and hand holding support. At Renovate India, Ashwini has been entrusted to lead as a Hand-holding Expert under NGO Capacity Building (NCB) vertical
Ms. Ekta is a committed professional with a commendable six years of experience in the social development sector, focusing on the vital intersection of NGOs and CSR. Throughout her career, Ms. Ekta has demonstrated a profound commitment to creating positive social impact and contributing to the betterment of communities.
Mrs. Shital Shailesh Yadav is a Senior Accounts Executive at Renovate India, where she plays a crucial role in managing financial matters. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Mumbai and has also completed a Diploma in Tax Management from the prestigious Welingkar Institute of Management Study. Before joining Renovate India, Shital gained valuable experience working as an Analyst-Finance and Accounts at Corient Business Solution Pvt Ltd. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Shital nurtures a keen interest in exploring new places, which she fulfills by indulging in the adventurous activity of trekking.

Mr. Shrikant is an Executive under CSR – PDMS Department at Renovate India. Currently he is pursuing MBA in Social Entrepreneurship. He has been working in the social sector since his college days, he has worked with WWF, Bright Future which works with education and livelihood, also he was the program coordinator at Poddar Foundation.
He was a design and advertising head and core team member for the ” Youth and Adolescence week” conducted by TISS in association with UNFPA and college of excellence. He feels that every person of our society deserves equal opportunity and access to mainstream resources in order to earn a sustainable living. Currently pursuing MBA in Social Entrepreneurship, he’ is a recreational powerlifter, cyclist, and a certified Photographer from National Institute of Photography, and writes poetry.
Mr. Akshad is a versatile and process-oriented professional currently holding the position of Event Management Executive under Employee Volunteering vertical at Renovate India. Founding Youth Counsellors, he played a pivotal role in guiding students through informed career decisions, organizing impactful workshops, and collaborating with top coaching institutes. His HR acumen was honed during his tenure as a Human Resource Intern at Aashman Foundation an NGO, where his attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills contributed to seamless business operations. As a real estate agent, he successfully closed four lucrative deals worth crores in a short span, showcasing his strong business acumen and sales prowess. Holding certifications as a Financial Analyst and in Product Management, he brings analytical and strategic thinking to his current role. His commitment to social impact is evident through his volunteer work at Robin Hood Army, aligning seamlessly with Renovate India’s mission. Recognized for leadership as an Assistant Contingent Leader, He is dedicated to elevating our organisation’s initiatives with his proven track record and diverse skill set. Mr. Ajay has been associated with NGOs since school days. His interest inclines to theater and have been associated with theater for the past 12 years.
Ajay has taken theater training for 3 years and also has worked as Theatre Trainer in Salam Bombay. He has contributed as Project Head and Vice President in Abhinirmatt Arts Foundation. During the 2019 pandemic, Ajay was associated with Savitribai Phule Mahila Mandal and where he looked after end to end process from Project planning to Execution.
Apart of his social background, he is deeply interested in photography, videography, video editing, short films, etc. With a vast on-ground experience, Ajay becomes an integral part of CSR PDMS team at Renovate India
Mrs. Sunita is a dedicated professional with an extensive background, having served as Project Coordinator at Triratna Prerna Mandal from November 2009 to May 2023 and currently as a Field Executive at Renovate India. In her role as Project Coordinator, she demonstrated exceptional skills in preparing detailed project reports, annual reports, and project presentations. Her effective communication with diverse communities, networking with officials, and handling documentation showcased her proficiency in project management. Her responsibilities also included managing escalations and queries, conducting surveys, and leading a team while efficiently handling paperwork for presentations. In her present role at Renovate India as a Field Executive, she continues to bring her wealth of experience and dedication, contributing to the organization’s ongoing success through her field-related responsibilities.

Ms. Anuja embarked on her educational journey by earning a government diploma in fine arts from Kala Vidya Sankul Polytechnic and further honed her skills with a diploma in Graphic Designing and Motion Graphics at Asmita Applied Art Academy. With a commendable 2-year track record as a Graphic Designer, she currently holds the position of Jr. Creative Designer at Renovate India, showcasing her proficiency in the realm of Graphic Designs, Video-editing and Motion Graphics
Ms. Kiran Dalani is currently the HOD and professor in Thakur and KES college she covers subjects of Media like Advertising, Public relations, Consumer Behaviour.
An MBA in Social entrepreneurship from NMIMS and a Post Graduate in Advertising and Marketing from Xavier’s enriches her theory with experience. Her experience spans from working in Lintas
advertising agency for brands like Tata Croma, Balbir pasha and Tata cards.
Her marketing experience ranges from owning an FMCG company to marketing loyalty smart cards. She has a flair for poetry writing and Spending time with children. In her spare time, she conducts workshops for NGO’s on topics in her domain.
